Appointments are currently only available via the telephone - please put 'telephone appointment' in the title field and provide a contact number in either the 'Description' or 'Enquirer Notes' fields when booking online. The Adviser will then contact you at your allocated time.

If your query is relating to your student funding, please ensure that you either have your paperwork with you, or you know your customer reference number, passwords and secret answers, to be able to access your online student finance account.

Bookable-on-the-day Reserved Appointments

These appointments are available during our busiest times (for example the first couple of weeks of term) and you can book online from 9.00 a.m. on the day of the appointment. They are 20 minutes in duration and are for quick general queries and form checking.

Please note that you may be asked to book in for a full 30 minute pre-bookable money advice appointment, if there is not sufficient time to deal with your query during a 'bookable-on-the-day’ reserved appointment.

Pre-bookable Appointments

Pre-bookable Appointments are 30 minutes in duration and for more in-depth queries, such as checking regulations, assisting with budgeting, contacting student finance regarding issues and help with completing forms.

Please remember...

If you need help completing a Student Support Fund form, it would be beneficial if you have completed what you can of the form and have all your relevant paperwork such as Student Finance information, current 2 months bank statements for each account you (and your partner, if living as a couple) hold in your name(s) and any further additional information requested on the form checklist.
