- Calls will be from a 'withheld' number, so make sure your phone will receive them
- Have your Student Finance paperwork or your customer reference number ready – with passwords and secret answers, to be able to access your online student finance account.
Please note that you may also need to set up 'consent to share' on your student finance account, so that we can speak to your provider to help resolve issues, without you being present.
