These appointments are offered during our busiest times, (for example during the first couple of weeks of term) and will be available to book online from 9 am on the day of the appointment.
Appointments are available in person, via Teams or telephone.
Please note that calls will be from a 'withheld' number, so please check your phone settings to ensure your handset will receive them.
If your query is relating to your student funding, please ensure that you either have your paperwork with you, or you know your customer reference number, passwords and secret answers, to be able to access your online student finance account.
Please note that you may also need to set up 'consent to share' on your student finance account, so that we can speak to your provider to help resolve issues, without you being present.
Appointments are 30 minutes in duration and for more in-depth queries, such as checking regulations, assisting with budgeting, contacting student finance regarding issues and help with completing forms.
If you need help completing a Student Support Fund form, it would be beneficial if you have completed what you can of the form and have all your relevant paperwork such as Student Finance information, current 2 months bank statements for each account you (and your partner, if living as a couple) hold in your name(s) and any further additional information requested on the form checklist.
